When you request a photo by text at an STLBooths photo booth, we collect your mobile phone number, the requested photo or photo link, and information related to your request and message delivery. We may also maintain consent, support, and opt-out records.

Maintain consent records and honor opt-out requests.
Requesting a photo does not subscribe you to promotional texts or marketing messages.
We use Breeze software, Twilio, and mobile carriers to process and deliver requested photos and messages. These providers may process the information necessary to operate and support the service.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in information, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed when required by law or as necessary to protect our rights and prevent misuse of the service.
Text delivery is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may decline text delivery at the booth.

Message frequency depends on your requests. Message and data rates may apply.
We retain information as needed to deliver requested photos, resolve support issues, maintain consent records, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable obligations.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Photo download links may expire. Expiration of a link does not necessarily mean that all associated photos or records have been deleted.
